This accessory is essential for proper maintenance of your candle. A wick that is too long will cause a flame that is too high, an uneven burn, and also a deposit of carbon at the end of the wick, also called “black smoke.”

By using this instrument this will allow you to burn your candle longer, and also ensure you have an optimal and well-balanced scent.

Usage tips

Trim your wick: Before each use, always trim your wick to 1/4" using a simple scissor or wick trimmer. This will allow your candle to have a certain and clean combustion while increasing the longevity of the candle.

If there is an appearance of soot inside the container, do not worry, it is purely aesthetic. Take a tissue and wipe away the residue.
